Giving Back main

Like many folks in the communities served by OPPD, utility employees from across the district worked together to provide assistance and gifts to those in need during this year’s holiday season. Their efforts included volunteering with a variety of groups, including Food Bank for the Heartland, the Heartland Hope Mission, the Open Door Mission and Together. Assistance provided by those groups includes food, shelter, help finding housing, health and well-being programs, training and employment support, and more. OPPD employees also collected new, unwrapped toys for the Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots program.

Toys for Tots
